For question regarding online purchases, please contact us via chat, mail or phone. Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and on Sunday from 10am to 4pm. All UK time zone.

CONTACT MAN CITY STADIUM STORE AND ARNDALE STORE

For question regarding purchases in the Stadium Store, and Arndale Store, please contact the store directly via email. Our store team is available during their opening hours.

OFFICIAL ESCALATIONS

If you have already contacted our customer support team and you are not satisfied with the solution to your question or concern, you can file an official complaint by sending an e-mail to complaints-onlineshop-mcfc@stichd.com.

Your email should contain at least the following details:
  • Description of your complaint, and if possible a proposal on how we can solve it for you

And, if applicable:
  • Online order number (starts with 81000…)
  • Email address you used to place the order
  • Case number (CS-…) which you received from our Customer Service department

Please note that you will receive a response to your complaint within 2 business days of submission.
