Gift cards: terms & conditions

Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to our following electronic and physical gift cards sold by STICHD SPORTMERCHANDISING BV and purchased in the UK and the EU on or after 25 November 2024 in any of our participating stores or online;
Physical Manchester City Official Store Gift Cards purchased at the Manchester City stores, including but not limited to:

Manchester City Stadium store in Manchester (UK)

Manchester City Arndale Store in Manchester (UK)

Manchester City Online Store on https://shop.mancity.com
Electronic Manchester City Official Store Gift Cards purchased online at the Manchester City Online Store on https://shop.mancity.com

By using the Man city Gift Cards, you accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and enter into an agreement with STICHD SPORTMERCHANDISING BV, located at the Oude Hulst 1, 5211 JK, 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands ("stichd", "We"). Special terms only applicable to MAN CITY Gift Cards

Only adults (18 years of age or above) or minors with the consent of their parent(s) are eligible to purchase Man City Gift Cards from stichd.
For the purchase of a Man City Gift Cards, our General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of goods apply which can be found on https://shop.mancity.com/gb/en/terms-conditions.html for online purchases and as available in store for your instore purchases.

Special terms only applicable to MAN CITY Gift Cards

Only adults (18 years of age or above) or minors with the consent of their parent(s) are eligible to purchase Man City Gift Cards from stichd.
For the purchase of a Man City Gift Cards, our General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of goods apply which can be found on https://shop.mancity.com/gb/en/terms-conditions.html for online purchases and as available in store for your instore purchases.

Returning goods purchased with a Man City Gift Card

Our return policies apply to the return of goods purchased with a Man City Gift Card (using the Man City Gift Card as payment in full or partially together with an alternative payment method).
We handle refunds as follows:

-If you return items that were paid for using only Man City Gift Cards, you will be issued a new Man City Gift Card for the returned amount.
-If the returned items were paid for by a combination of a Man City Gift Card and other payment methods (e.g., credit card, cash, etc.), then we will preliminarily refund to the Man City Gift Card, up to the amount actually paid by the Man City Gift Card. The remainder of the refund will be refunded to the alternative payment method.

Delivery of electronic Man City Gift Cards

Electronic Man City Gift Cards will be sent to your indicated e-mail address. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct email address. If the e-mail address you provided cannot be verified, we reserve the right to refrain from the delivery. Please contact our customer service via shop@mancity.com if you encounter any problems with the delivery of your electronic Man City Gift Card.

Limited Liability

Any liability of stichd or the participating stores in relation to, including but not limited to, misuse, theft, loss, etc., for the credit on the Man City Gift Cards is explicitly excluded and the credit on the Man City Gift Cards will not be refunded. This limitation of liability does not exclude claims in case of gross negligent or deliberate acts by stichd, the participating Manchester City stores, and its employees.
Save the above, the risk of loss and misuse remains entirely with the owner of the Man City Gift Cards. Handle your Man City Gift Cards with special diligence and treat them like cash.

Privacy Policy

We do not collect any personal data in connection with your use of the Man City Gift Cards other than the personal data required to fulfill the delivery and invoicing.
Regarding the purchase/issuing of Man City Gift Cards, our privacy policy applies to our handling of any personal data collected and processed in the course of this transaction.

Online Dispute Resolution Platform

For European customers: the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
For all customers: stichd sportmerchandising bv is not obliged and willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
