Where can I check my balance?
You may check the balance on your Man City Gift Card directly in your participating Manchester City store, or online at https://shop.mancity.com/balance-check by entering your Man City Gift Card number and PIN.
Where can I purchase Man City Gift Cards?
You may purchase Man City Gift Cards in GBP in any of our participating stores in the UK or online at https://shop.mancity.com/gb/en/city-store-e-gift-card/EGCMAN001.html.
You may purchase Man City Gift Cards in EUR online at https://shop.mancity.com/nl/en/city-store-e-gift-card/EGCMAN001.html.
Where can I use my Man City Gift Cards?
Man City Gift Cards purchased or issued in GBP in a store in the UK or online can be redeemed in every participating Manchester City store throughout the UK or online at https://shop.mancity.com/gb/en/city-store-e-gift-card/EGCMAN001.html.
Man City Gift Cards purchased or issued in EUR online can only be redeemed online at https://shop.mancity.com/nl/en/city-store-e-gift-card/EGCMAN001.html.
Where do I enter my Man City Gift Card as payment method?
Enter the number of your Man City Gift Card while choosing your payment method in checkout and click on “+ Add a gift card”. Multiple gift cards can be added up to a total maximum of GBP/EUR 250 for one purchase.
Do I have to spend the exact amount on my Man City Gift Card?
No. If your purchase amount is lower than the value of the Man City Gift Card, you can use the balance for a purchase at a later date. The remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash. If your purchase amount is higher than the value on the Man City Gift Card, you can use any other acceptable payment method for the remaining amount.
Can I return a product purchased with a Man City Gift Card?
Yes. The normal return policy applies to all products purchased with a Man City Gift Card. You will receive your refund as a new Man City Gift Card.
If the returned items were paid for by a combination of a Man City Gift Card and any other payment method, the refund will be issued to the Man City Gift Card up to the amount paid with it. The remainder will be refunded to the other payment method.
Example if bought in GBP: Purchase value of 120 GBP, with 80 GBP paid by credit card and 40 GBP by Man City Gift Card. If your return value is 90 GBP, a new Man City Gift Card of GBP 40 will be issued, and 50 GBP will be refunded to your credit card.
Example if bought in EUR: Purchase value of 120 EUR, with 80 EUR paid by credit card and 40 EUR by Man City Gift Card. If your return value is 90 EUR, a new Man City Gift Card of EUR 40 will be issued, and 50 EUR will be refunded to your credit card.
What if I lose my MCFC Gift Card?
Handle your Man City Gift Cards with care and treat them like cash. We assume no liability for stolen, lost, damaged, or misused Man City Gift Cards once they have been delivered/issued and activated.
What is the maximum amount of a Man City Gift Card?
Man City Gift Cards have a maximum value of GBP 250 or EUR 250.
