Return via Portal (Recommended)
Register your return at our partner Rebound with your order number & Email address and follow the instructions
- Simply register your return on our portal
 - Scan your QR code at the post office
 - Send your package to a local Rebound hub
 - Don't worry about additional customs fees
 
Return by your chosen carrier
Return your order by your own means and send it directly to our warehouse. Get a refund as soon as we receive your items.
- Fill in the return form and place it in the box
 - Choose a courier and ensure the package is traceable
 - Choose a carrier and pay for shipping
 - Pay for customs (if you are located outside of the EU)
 
Return policy online purchases
To receive a full refund, the items must be returned within 60 days and they must be unworn and unused, with original tags and labels attached, and, as far as reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Returns will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.
A refund will be made within 14 days of receival of the goods at our warehouses using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. If you only return part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded. 
If you return your order via your own courier, please notify us in advance. Ensure that you have a tracking number and a ‘Proof of Delivery’ document clearly showing our warehouse address as the destination. We take no responsibility if your return gets damaged or lost in transit.  
Non-EU customers may be subject to additional charges and duties when returning the items to our warehouse in the Netherlands. In which case any extra duties and charges will be borne by you. Please check with your courier for a list of associated charges. 
Damages or faults upon receival
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective products remain unaffected by this return policy. To report a faulty item please contact our customer service team, providing photographic evidence of the issue. Please ensure the item is documented with the original tags still attached. If the fault is confirmed, a free return label (or similar solution) will be provided. 
We strongly encourage customers to notify us as soon as possible after receiving their order, to facilitate an efficient resolution. 
Loss in value of the goods
You are liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from use beyond simply checking the features and functionality of the products. 
Excluded from the right of cancellation
Excluded from your right to cancel your purchase are, amongst others, the following items. Please consult article 10 of The Terms & Conditions for the complete list of excluded items.
Sealed products that, for reasons relating to the protection of health or hygiene, are unsuited to returning and whose seal was broken subsequent to delivery;
Personalized items or items which are clearly intended for a specific person or otherwise clearly personalized (such as customized shirts, see further detailed below). And printed shirts including player name and number. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future; this includes: 
(a.) Customised Manchester City jerseys with personalised names cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our return policy.
(b.) Customised Manchester City jerseys with player names cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered our return policy.
(c.) Customised Manchester City shorts with short numbers cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our return policy.
(d.) Customised Manchester City jerseys with patches cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our return policy.
(e.) Squad numbers are correct at time of publishing: we hold no responsibility for subsequent changes to squad numbers or if a player is transferred.
(f.) Badge usage are correct at time of publishing: we hold no responsibility for subsequent changes to badges. 
(g.) Any other personalized items or items which are clearly intended for a specific person cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by Manchester City retail’s returns policy.
Exchange
Unfortunately we do not currently offer online exchanges. Please return the original product then place a new order.

Return Policy: Store / Click & Collect Purchases
Products purchased in the Manchester City Stadium Store or Arndale Store can only be returned directly to the Manchester City Stadium Store, except if the item is damaged or faulty. In this case, you may send an email to our customer services department. Our customer services department will send further instructions.
To receive a full refund, the items must be returned within 60 days and they must be unworn and unused, with original tags and labels attached, and, as far as reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Also we require the original receipt of purchase for all items that get returned to our retail stores. Returns will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.
When a refund is payable, you will be reimbursed in the same payment method as the initial transaction. Cash payments will be reimbursed with cash refunds; available only for in-store returns. For credit and debit card transactions the reimbursement will be processed to the card used to purchase the products, this can take up to 10 working days, depending on your payment method provider.

Recycling and Disposal of Products Containing Electronic Components
My jersey contains an NFC chip. How can I dispose of it responsibly?
As your jersey includes an NFC (Near Field Communication) chip, it falls under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations. When you no longer wish to keep it, you can return the item to us—either in-store or by post—and we’ll ensure it’s disposed of or recycled safely.
Can I recycle it somewhere else?
Yes, you may take it to a local recycling centre that accepts small electronic components under the WEEE scheme. However, returning it to us ensures proper handling and compliant recycling.
Why is this important?
Electrical parts, even tiny ones, must be processed correctly to avoid environmental harm. Returning them through us helps ensure safe and responsible recycling.
