Where do I enter my Man City Gift Card as payment method?

Enter the number of your Man City Gift Card while choosing your payment method in checkout and click on "+ Add a gift card". Multiple gift cards can be added up to a total maximum of GBP/EUR 250 for one purchase.

Do I have to spend the exact amount on my Man City Gift Card?

No. If your purchase amount is lower than the value of the Man City Gift Card, you can use the balance for a purchase at a later date. The remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash. If your purchase amount is higher than the value on the Man City Gift Card, you can use any other acceptable payment method for the remaining amount.

Can I return a product purchased with a Man City Gift Card?

Yes. The normal return policy applies to all products purchased with a Man City Gift Card. You will receive your refund as a new Man City Gift Card.

If the returned items were paid for by a combination of a Man City Gift Card and any other payment method, the refund will be issued to the Man City Gift Card up to the amount paid with it. The remainder will be refunded to the other payment method.

• Example if bought in GBP: Purchase value of 120 GBP, with 80 GBP paid by credit card and 40 GBP by Man City Gift Card. If your return value is 90 GBP, a new Man City Gift Card of GBP 40 will be issued, and 50 GBP will be refunded to your credit card.
