TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- These terms and conditions are applicable to the Official Online Shop Member Vouchers (hereinafter called “Vouchers”) which may be provided by Manchester City to Official Cityzens Matchday Members, Official Cityzens Members and Cityzens Junior Members (hereinafter collectively called “Members”) in accordance with the Cityzen Membership Terms and Conditions.
- The Vouchers are issued by stichd sportmerchandising B.V. (hereinafter called “stichd”) and only redeemable at the webshop: www.shop.mancity.com
- The Vouchers can only be used once in a single transaction and must be redeemed on the checkout page of the webshop and cannot be redeemed on subsequent orders and no refund will be given in case the transaction amount is lower than the Voucher amount.
- Vouchers can also be redeemed for Click and Collect orders, which are orders placed at the webshop.
- The Vouchers shall be valid and redeemable for maximum (12) months as of the date of the start of your membership, after which date the Vouchers will automatically expire at the end of that month.
- The Vouchers can be redeemed on all products at the webshop and no minimum order amount applies.
- The Vouchers can be used in conjunction with a discount that Members receive based on their membership.
- The Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any applicable delivery charges to your order.
- If you return item(s) that are (partly) purchased with a Voucher, the value of the Voucher will be subtracted from the refund you receive and you may request a new Voucher code with our customer service (having the same conditions as to value, currency and expiration date).
- The Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- stichd retains the right the alter or cancel these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time.
- These terms and conditions will be governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

How do I redeem my voucher?Vouchers must be redeemed online at shop.mancity.com, by inputting the code in the promo code box during checkout. Click here to go to the cart page and enter your promo code. Please ensure you have at least one product in your basket to apply the promo code.
What can I spend the voucher on? Are there any restrictions?
The voucher can be redeemed against all products on shop.mancity.com, including sale items. The voucher cannot be used in store but can be used against Click & Collect items for collection at the Etihad Stadium Store and Arndale Store.
What is the expiry date of my voucher?
Vouchers will expire in line with your membership expiry date. For example, if your membership is valid until 31st December, your City Store Member Voucher will expire on the 31st December.
Can I use more than one voucher in a single transaction?
No, you can only use one voucher per transaction.
Can I use the voucher in conjunction with any other offer / discount?
The voucher will work alongside the member 10% discount but cannot be used with any other promo code.
Can I use my 10% member retail discount alongside the voucher?
Yes. Please note that the 10% member discount applies to all non-sale items only.
Do I have to spend the full voucher in one transaction?
Yes. If you do not spend the full voucher amount in one transaction, you will not be able to use the voucher again in a different transaction against the remaining amount.
My voucher code doesn’t work. What do I do?

What happens to my voucher if my membership is cancelled?
Cancelled memberships will have their vouchers cancelled.
What happens to my voucher if my membership has expired?
If your membership has expired, your voucher will no longer be redeemable. Vouchers will expire in line with your membership expiry date.
How do I choose the voucher?
When buying or renewing any membership, you will be given the option of the membership pack or the official online shop voucher worth £15 before completing your purchase.
I bought the membership for someone else. Can I gift the voucher?
Yes, the voucher is not specific to your account, so you may share the code with the person you purchased it for.
What happens if I don’t use my voucher?
If you do not use your voucher before the expiry date, your voucher will expire and you will not be able to use it. You will not receive a new voucher unless your membership is renewed.
What happens to my voucher if I return my purchase?
Your purchase will be refunded but the value of your voucher will not be refunded. You will need to get in contact with us via +44 20 3608 4403 or shop@mancity.com, we will provide you with a new voucher for the same amount, in the same currency.
